Annual Memberships & Subscriptions

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • New subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to billing@jecoluxe.com
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers

After 30 Days

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable after the 30-day period
  • You may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

Certifications & Verification Services

  • Certification fees are non-refundable once the verification process has begun
  • Refunds may be issued if we are unable to complete the verification due to technical issues on our end
  • If certification is denied due to non-compliance, fees are not refundable
  • You may request a re-evaluation with additional documentation at no extra cost within 30 days

Founding Member Program

  • Founding Member fees are non-refundable due to the exclusive nature of the program
  • Lifetime benefits and pricing are guaranteed for founding members
  • Special consideration may be given on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your Impact Suite dashboard
  • Navigate to Account Settings → Billing
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
  • Alternatively, email billing@jecoluxe.com with your cancellation request

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In cases of:

  • Business closure or bankruptcy
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Serious technical issues preventing service access

Please contact our support team to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and may offer prorated refunds, service credits, or alternative solutions.

Payment Disputes

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately
  • Provide transaction details and explanation of the dispute
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • Unauthorized charges will be refunded immediately upon verification

Refund Processing Time
