JecoLuxe may collect:
- Contact enquiries and project descriptions submitted through the website
- Client project information shared during an engagement
- Account and authentication data for approved workspace users
- Founder Studio submissions
- Expert Network applications, CVs, profile photographs and public profile content
- Workspace messages, meetings, documents and payment administration where applicable
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser information generated by the website host
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate enquiries, operate approved accounts, deliver agreed work, administer Expert Network and Founder Studio processes, and meet legal or contractual duties. We do not use personalised advertising cookies on this site.
Public Expert Network profiles
For approved Expert Network members, JecoLuxe may publish selected professional information and an approved photograph after obtaining the member's consent. Members may request correction or removal, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
Retention and transfers
Declined applications, CVs, idea materials, project records and public profiles are retained only as long as needed for evaluation, delivery, legal or contractual reasons. Hosting, email and database providers may process information in more than one country. Specific transfer wording should be confirmed by legal counsel for the markets JecoLuxe serves.
What this policy does not claim
This policy does not claim regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, employee training programmes, secure data centres, disaster recovery or encryption at rest unless those controls are separately documented. It describes actual collection and use, not an ideal future state.
