How participation works
Project-based engagement
Participation is invitation-based and project-specific. You choose which opportunities to accept.
Coordinated through JecoLuxe
Clients contract with JecoLuxe. JecoLuxe coordinates delivery, quality, and commercial terms.
Selected for relevance
Experts are invited when their specialist expertise is relevant to a project's requirements.
What approved experts receive
- A professional profile approved before publication
- Consideration for project invitations relevant to their expertise and availability
- The ability to accept or decline every invitation
- JecoLuxe-led scoping, contracting, client coordination and payment administration for accepted network projects
- Opportunities to collaborate with complementary professionals where a project requires a wider team
- Access to the Expert Workspace and approved profile-sharing materials
JecoLuxe is responsible for developing the main project pipeline. Experts may also introduce a potential opportunity, but this is optional. If JecoLuxe accepts an expert-originated opportunity, the expert's role and any commercial recognition are agreed for that specific project.
Expectations & standards
- Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, sustainability, or related specialist fields
- Professional standards of delivery, confidentiality, and collaboration
- Clear communication and reliability during project engagements
- Willingness to work within JecoLuxe-coordinated project structures
- Disclosure of conflicts of interest and permission to verify submitted credentials where appropriate
- Understanding that membership does not guarantee project assignments or income
What joining does not mean
- Not a freelancer marketplace or public bidding platform
- Not a directory for direct client–expert contracting
- Not a guarantee of continuous work or exclusive access
