How it works
- 01
Define the property, operational scope and responsible users.
- 02
Connect or upload agreed information and establish a baseline.
- 03
Review data quality, exceptions, costs and improvement priorities.
- 04
Assign actions and record evidence, decisions and progress.
- 05
Prepare approved management, stakeholder or guest-facing outputs.
Certificates and verification
A digital hash may confirm that a document has not been altered. It does not independently prove that the source data or a sustainability calculation is correct.
Where guest-facing impact records are used, GreenCert can record the source information, calculation method and approval history. These outputs are not a substitute for independent certification or assurance unless a qualified external body has completed that work.
GreenCert supports structured information, analysis and accountable action. The organisation remains responsible for the accuracy of submitted data and for approving consequential decisions and external claims. Formal assurance, certification and regulatory conclusions require the appropriate qualified body.
