They are not a substitute for a client contract, expert engagement letter or Founder Studio collaboration agreement. A qualified lawyer should review the final terms once the legal entity, operating jurisdictions and payment model are confirmed.
Company and contact

Separate agreements
Client projects, Expert Network engagements, Founder Studio collaborations and paid platform services may be governed by separate written agreements. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement applies to the relevant engagement.
Website content
Content on this website is general information. Illustrative examples are labelled as such. Service availability and project suitability are confirmed only through a written proposal or agreement.
Expert Network
Network approval does not create employment, partnership, agency, exclusivity or guaranteed assignments. Public profiles remain subject to approved information and removal procedures. Project scope and compensation are agreed separately.
Founder Studio
Sharing an idea does not create confidentiality, investment, partnership, development or payment obligations. The submitter retains rights to their idea except for the limited permission needed to review the submission. Any deeper collaboration requires a separate agreement.
Accounts
Client and expert workspaces are available only to approved account holders. Visitors cannot create a client account without an active engagement.
