A structured process for defined work
JecoLuxe uses a structured process to understand the requirement, define the scope, assemble the appropriate capability, deliver the agreed work and review what should happen next.

Understand
We clarify the organisation, operational context, stakeholders, current systems or evidence, desired outcome and constraints.

Define
We agree the project boundaries, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, commercial terms and measures of completion.

Assemble and plan
JecoLuxe confirms the delivery approach and, where relevant, invites independent experts whose experience fits the project. Client and expert agreements are completed before substantive delivery begins.

Deliver and review
Work is delivered through agreed stages with clear communication, documented decisions and review against the defined scope. Any change is agreed before it is treated as part of the project.

Continue when relevant
After delivery, the client may close the engagement, move into implementation or agree ongoing support. No continuing service should be implied unless it is included in the commercial agreement.
