Founder Studio is selective. Submission does not create a partnership, investment commitment or obligation for JecoLuxe to build the idea. If there is a relevant fit, both parties define the next stage, responsibilities, intellectual property treatment and commercial terms before work begins.

Describe the problem, proposed solution and current stage. Do not submit confidential source code, trade secrets or commercially sensitive material at this stage.

We review hospitality relevance, practical need, feasibility and potential fit.

Initial discussion, if appropriate
If there is a relevant fit, a discussion clarifies the founder’s goals and the support required.

Any validation, development, investment or co-development arrangement is documented separately.
