Please read these terms carefully before using JecoLuxe services.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") regulate your access to and use of JecoLuxe, which includes the Impact Suite, Brand Dashboard, Guest Dashboard, website, mobile platforms, tools, and all related services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Services immediately.

Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • Hotels and brands must be legally registered entities.
  • Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.
  • Users registering on behalf of a business must have legal authority to bind the company.

Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services lawfully and ethically. You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access or misuse the platform.
  • Upload false or misleading sustainability data.
  • Violate environmental, business, or data regulations.
  • Interfere with system performance or security.

JecoLuxe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

Hotel & Brand Data Responsibilities

Partners must:

  • Provide accurate, verifiable sustainability and operational data.
  • Keep dashboard information up to date.
  • Use JecoLuxe badges, reports, and certificates ethically.

JecoLuxe does not independently guarantee the accuracy of partner-submitted data.

Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

  • Annual subscriptions require an upfront payment.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 14 days prior.
  • Pricing changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
  • Refunds follow the official JecoLuxe Refund Policy.

Content & Ownership

  • Users retain ownership of uploaded data.
  • JecoLuxe may process data for reports, certificates, analytics, directory listings, and anonymised research.
  • All platform elements (design, code, dashboards, certificates, branding) are owned exclusively by JecoLuxe.
  • Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or replicate platform assets.

Sustainability Certificates & Impact Reports

  • Reports, scores, and certificates are based on partner-provided data.
  • Certificates and scores may be revoked if data is inaccurate or fraudulent.

Platform Availability

  • JecoLuxe aims for 99% uptime.
  • Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party issues, or regulatory delays.
  • JecoLuxe is not liable for temporary downtime.

Third-Party Integration

  • Integrations may include PMS software, booking engines, sustainability APIs, or external data systems.
  • JecoLuxe is not responsible for errors caused by third-party systems.

Privacy Policy

Your use is governed by the Jecoluxe.com Privacy Policy, which ensures data protection, responsible use, and security.

Termination & Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Fraudulent data
  • Failed payments
  • Violation of Terms or laws
  • Security risks

Upon termination, dashboard access ends. Certificates and historical data may remain stored. No refunds are issued for remaining subscription periods.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, JecoLuxe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or financial losses.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

  • JecoLuxe may update Terms as necessary.
  • Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.

Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • New annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.
  • Setup or customisation fees are non-refundable once delivered.

Refunds After 30 Days

  • Refunds are generally not offered after 30 days except in exceptional cases (duplicate billing, platform malfunction, business closure).
  • Prorated refunds may apply in special cases.

  • Add-on services

Founding Member Plans

The JecoLuxe Founding Member / Founding Partner Program ("Program") is a limited, early-adopter initiative offering exclusive benefits and lifetime pricing incentives to selected hotels, brands, and sustainability partners. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

The Program is available only to:

  • Early adopters invited or approved by JecoLuxe
  • Hotels, brands, or organisations that join during the founding phase
  • Participants who commit to the discounted annual or lifetime plan

JecoLuxe reserves the right to approve or reject applications.

Exclusive Benefits

Founding Members receive unique long-term advantages, which may include:

  • Lifetime discounted pricing
  • Preferential feature access
  • Early access to new tools and dashboards
  • Exclusive "Founding Member" badge
  • Priority support level (where applicable)
  • Enhanced directory visibility

Pricing & Lifetime Discounts

  • Founding Member pricing is offered as a one-time opportunity.
  • As long as the subscription is kept active and renewed on time, the member keeps the same discounted rate.
  • If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the lifetime discount may be permanently lost.

Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the long-term value and discounted nature of this Program:

  • All Founding Member payments are strictly non-refundable, including annual or lifetime fees.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued after activation.
  • Add-on purchases, integrations, and services delivered under the Program are also non-refundable.

Commitments of Founding Members

Members must:

  • Use JecoLuxe assets ethically and responsibly
  • Avoid altering sustainability tools, certificates, or badges
  • Provide truthful sustainability and operational data
  • Follow all Terms of Service and verification rules

Disclaimer: Violation may result in suspension or removal from the Program.

Badge & Branding Usage

  • Members may display the "Founding Partner / Founding Member" badge on their website, booking pages, and marketing material.
  • Badges must not be modified or used misleadingly.
  • Commercial use beyond promotion of sustainability efforts requires prior approval.

Termination

JecoLuxe may terminate Founding Member status if:

  • Fraudulent sustainability data is submitted
  • Payment fails beyond retry attempts
  • Terms or policies are violated
  • Unauthorised use of JecoLuxe systems, badges, or certificates occurs

No refunds are provided upon termination.
